VEM is the acronym for “IL MARMO di Emanuele Vatteroni”, and was founded on base of the former enterprise belonging to his father: Lido Vatteroni, a known sculptor in the northern Italy. Founded in 1977, VEM has always been into sculpture, architecture, ornaments, funerary art doing its own production as well as assignments coming from artist and architects. Since few years VEM accepted a new challenge by moving its first steps into the design field with the project “MARBLE SANDWICH”. Born almost as joke, this project about prototypes of interior design complements is turning as a major factor for face the international markets.
